Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us at info@caldo-eyewear.com before the deadline expires.

Returns
To return an item, please contact us at info@caldo-eyewear.com to receive instructions. The item must be sent to:

The item must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as received. The item may only be handled as permitted in a physical store. Handling beyond this may result in a deduction for diminished value.

Return costs
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part. In such cases, please contact us at info@caldo-eyewear.com – we will cover the return costs for errors and defects.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the original item must be returned and a new order must be placed.

Refunds
Refunds are issued within 14 days after we have received and approved the returned item, using the same payment method as the original purchase. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days, please contact us at info@caldo-eyewear.com.
