These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made on caldo-eyewear.com, operated by Poul Stig Briller A/S, CVR no. 10123089, Østergade 24, 1100 Copenhagen K, Denmark. Phone: +45 33 15 52 52. Email: info@caldo-eyewear.com.

1. Products
We sell sunglasses and related products. Descriptions, images, and prices are intended to be accurate, but minor discrepancies may occur.

2. Prices
All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT for customers in Denmark and the EU. For customers outside the EU, local customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

3. Orders
Orders are placed via the website’s shopping cart. An order confirmation is sent by email. The purchase agreement is concluded once the order has been accepted by us.

4. Payment
Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are processed via secure providers. We do not store card details.

5. Delivery
We deliver to Denmark and selected European countries as shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimated and calculated from the date of dispatch. The risk for the goods passes to the customer upon delivery. In case of delays beyond the estimated timeframe, the customer may contact us at info@caldo-eyewear.com. In the event of significant delay, the customer has the right to cancel the order.

6. Right of withdrawal
EU consumers have a 14-day unconditional right of withdrawal from the day the goods are physically received. Notice of withdrawal must be given to info@caldo-eyewear.com before the deadline expires. The item must be returned within 14 days after withdrawal. Refunds are issued within 14 days using the same payment method as the original purchase.

The item must be returned within 14 days. Return costs are paid by the customer unless otherwise agreed. The customer is liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary.

8. Complaints
Please contact us at info@caldo-eyewear.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and images if possible. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

9. Liability
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We are not liable for delays or defects caused by circumstances beyond our control.

10. Personal data
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy on caldo-eyewear.com.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide you with better protection.
